Some of our products are handmade or exclusively made in small quantities. If a product shows "Coming Soon", it means more pieces will be available in stock shortly.

You can email us at customercare@dia-boutique.com if you want to be notified when the product will be available. Some products are also available to be made to order.

If you simply cannot wait, try browsing the site some more - we are confident that you might be able to find something similar on Dia!

How can I get more information on an item?

 We try to include as much useful information as we can about all our products, to really help you buy the things that will suit you best.

In addition to the photographs and description on the product page (including a size guide next to the Size drop down), you will find 3 sections under each product: Editor’s Notes, Designer and Delivery with specific and detailed information on the product and shipping.

However, if have a specific question regarding a product, please email customercare@dia-boutique.com and we’d be happy to help.

Also, if there is any further information you feel we need to add on the site, please let us know what information you’d like to see and we’ll do our best to include it.

Yes we do! Check out our size guide on the product details page for measurements and conversion tips.

What if I'm having trouble viewing or buying products on your website?

If you are any technical problems, please make sure you have the latest updates and patches for your operating system. If you are still having problems, get in touch with us by email on customercare@dia-boutique.com.

To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible in your email:

  • Your Operating System (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS 9.0)
  • Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 6, Netscape 7.02)
  • What URL you were trying to access (e.g. http://www.dia-boutique.com/women)
  • What time the problem occurred
  • Please cut and paste into the email any error message that appeared on the screen

Why do the items in my shopping bag not show up or keep disappearing?

Items you have added to your bag will always remain in your bag unless you remove them manually or close the browser/tab.

The items in your bag will show up once you log in. If you proceed to checkout and the item is no longer in stock, you will be alerted before you start the checkout process.

If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies on your computer. All you need to do is go to the “Tools” tab on your internet browser, select “Internet Options”, then choose “Delete Cookies” and hit OK. If you don’t know how to delete cookies please customercare@dia-boutique.com know and we’ll be happy to help.

I can't sign into my account

 When you want to add something to your wish list or access your account, we ask you to sign in. If you find that your email address or password is not recognized, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us. If you can't remember your password, just enter your email address in to the “Forgot your password” box on the My Account page, and we will send you a new password.

You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to “My Account”.

What if I don't want to sign up for an account but still buy online?

That’s no problem, you can complete any purchase on Dia without having to sign up for an account. Simply choose the guest checkout option (Checkout without Signing In) when you go to Checkout and tick the “Checkout as Guest” option. You can then easily complete the 6-step checkout process.

Why am I not receiving your newsletters?

One of the most common reasons for this might be that your email software is marking emails from Dia as junk mail, and is sending them to your spam folder.

To stop this from happening, please add newsletter@dia-boutique.com to your email address book and mark the email as “Not Spam”, then emails from us should come through straight to your inbox.

If you checked this and are still not getting the newsletter, make sure you typed in the right email address when you signed up with us. Just sign into “My Account” (if you can remember what address you used for signing up), or get in touch with us at customercare@dia-boutique.com and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

Are you going to have this particular style again?

If we are expecting to receive new stock, there will be a “Coming Soon” shown next to the product. However, please feel free to contact us at customercare@dia-boutique.com any time and we will see if we can help you further.

How do I know which items are in stock?

All items shown on the website are in stock unless the words "Coming Soon" are listed below or next to the product or if the product is simply not available any more in a particular size. Please note that putting an item in your shopping bag does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.

Can I make a special request on my order, for example to have an item altered to fit me?

Yes! Not with every product, but many of our products can be made to order. Just email us at customercare@dia-boutique.com and we will try our best to meet your expectations.
