How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the cards listed at the bottom left hand side of the website (VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Amex, Solo)

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us.

What currency can I pay in?

All payment is made in US dollars.

When will I be charged?

If you are paying by credit card, once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment. Usually this happens because of something simple that can be done to get the payment authorized.

If you are paying by wire transfer, it usually takes 5 working days for the transfer to be completed after which you will receive an email confirming receipt of transfer. Your order will be processed accordingly.

Is it safe to order online?

We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times.

We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and your credit card details.

Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

My payment has been declined

This can happen for a number of reasons. Try checking the card details you entered - whether the start date and card type are correct and if your billing address is the same one the card is registered to.

If the problem persists, enter the details of another card and try that.

What is the CV2 code?

All credit and debit cards carry a security code number. This number is printed on the card, but is not stored or printed anywhere else. On most cards, the security code number is the last three digits of the number printed on the back*, at the top right of the signature strip. You will be required to enter this additional security number before your transaction can be completed.

*American Express puts the number on the front of the card above the credit card account number.

How can I change my account details?

Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into "My Account" anytime you want. This is where you change your password, email address, or delivery info.

If you haven't visited us in a while, it's worth checking "My Account" to make sure all your details are up to date.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

Make sure you type your code into the box below your basket summary when you check out, and hit update to apply the discount to your order.

If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on; however, you should be able to use it on a subsequent order.
